Using Student Helpmate is as easy as 1-2-3!

1. Sign-up for an account.
2. Ask or search for a question.
3. Choose your answer.

Students:

Student Helpmate can help students with any question as we can pull resources from across the globe to get an answer. After signing up for an account, a member can ask a question to our team of tutors or search for an answer that has already been given.

A pre-existing answer that is selected from our database is the fastest method of getting an answer, as fees are already assigned to each response and can be viewed instantly. If a student cannot find an answer in our database, questions will then be directed to the appropriate tutors depending on the area(s) of expertise necessary to facilitate each question.

Tutors will then provide answers where the student will have the option to choose the best one based on a sample passage of the answer and the tutor’s fee. Students can also request more thorough explanations of answers through a pre-arranged, real-time chat with the tutor.

Tutors:

Student Helpmate’s tutors are required to complete an online application. Upon acceptance, tutors are then able to answer questions that are directed to their specific area(s) of expertise.

Student Helpmate’s system allows tutors to assign a fee to their replies, in which a student will only see a sample of the answer until payment is completed. Students may also request a chat session with tutors where the tutor and student agree upon a specified time limit and fee prior to the conversation.
